LOCH EWE
We are based in the little village of Poolewe in Wester Ross in the northwest Highlands of Scotland. We run safaris, walks, nature watches, activities and events around the Loch Ewe area, shown on the map.
There are a variety of habitats including marine, coastal, moorland and forest, with different flora and fauna associated with each, so there is plenty to see.

WALKING SAFARIS
The best way to get up close to nature is on foot, but you don't have to be a super-fit explorer - our shortest safari is just one hour long on flat tarred paths. For those who are a bit more adventurous we have safaris up to a day long exploring the wilds off the beaten track.
Please go to our safaris page for more details.

NATURE WATCHES
It's amazing what will happen if you just keep still or move slowly and quietly and let nature come to you! We make use of local hides and out-of-the-way places to give you an introduction to what you might spot, then we'll sit quietly and see what comes along.
Please go to our events page for details of upcoming nature watches.

ACTIVITIES & EVENTS
We run enjoyable and informative activities and events such as bat detecting evenings, pond dipping and seashore scavenging. We also host occasional talks and exhibitions. We sometimes run free events such as beach cleans where we'll look out for the local flora and fauna at the same time.
Please go to our events page for upcoming activities and events.

BESPOKE
If there's nothing that suits you on our safaris or events page, please contact us to set up a completely bespoke, private safari, event or activity for you and your group.
